Our chapter of Kappa Delta often uses continuous open bidding as a way of recruiting new members! In this format you come to different events and if you see yourself being apart of the sisterhood you can accept a bid from us!Another way of recruiting we have done in the past is formal recruitment. This is a three days of different events to better understand each sorority's purpose. During this time you will drop a sorority each round with hopes of getting your first choice!
