Alpha Omicron Chapter at Queens University of Charlotte

Kappa Delta

Our Chapter

The Alpha Omicron Chapter of Kappa Delta was founded at Queens in October of 1928. Our chapter size is limited to 40-45 sisters at any given time. This is set by the Queens Panhellenic Council and is the same for all four NPC sororities on campus. October  23, 2013 marked our 85th anniversary, celebrating 85 years of sisterhood, service, and social success.

As women of KD, we take pride in being well-rounded members of the Queens community, in achievement in the classroom, various leadership roles on campus, and in service to the Charlotte area. All members of Kappa Delta at Queens University of Charlotte live each day striving for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest.  These guiding principles govern all aspects of our lives – social, academic, and professional. Using these principles on which Kappa Delta was founded, we work each day for the betterment our our chapter, university, and community.
